1. General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "T&C") govern all transactions made on the Micronick Store website (hereinafter "the site"). By placing an order on our site, you unconditionally accept these T&C.

3. Products and Pricing

Products offered are described and presented as accurately as possible. However, errors or omissions may occur. Photos are for illustrative purposes only and do not constitute a contractual element.

Prices displayed are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and may be changed at any time without notice. Applicable taxes (GST/QST) are added at checkout, where applicable.

4. Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. Your order is confirmed by a confirmation email sent to the address you provided. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of:

  • An existing dispute with the customer
  • Non-payment of a previous order
  • Suspected fraud
  • Out-of-stock items

5. Payment

Payment is required at the time of the order. We accept the payment methods indicated on the site. Transactions are secured by SSL/TLS encryption. We do not store any credit card information on our servers.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Refunds

In accordance with the Quebec Consumer Protection Act, you may cancel an online purchase within 7 days of receiving the merchandise, provided it has not been used and is returned in its original packaging.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us by email at nicolas.mailloux@micronick.com. The refund will be issued within 15 days of receiving the returned product, using the same payment method as the original purchase.

7. Legal Warranty

In accordance with sections 37 and 38 of the Quebec Consumer Protection Act, all products sold are covered by a legal warranty. The product must be fit for normal use for a reasonable duration, taking into account its price, the terms of the contract, and the conditions of use.

8. Limitation of Liability

Micronick Store shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use products sold on the site.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the product in question.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the site (text, images, logos, design) is protected by intellectual property laws. Any reproduction, distribution, or use without prior authorization is prohibited.

10. Protection of Personal Information

The collection and processing of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, in compliance with Quebec's Law 25.

11. Dispute Resolution

These T&C are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and applicable federal laws of Canada. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter amicably before submitting it to the competent courts of the judicial district of the seller's domicile.

You may also file a complaint with the Office de la protection du consommateur du Quebec (OPC).

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these T&C at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the site.
