1. Delivery Areas

Micronick Store ships throughout Canada. International shipping may be available depending on the product and destination — please contact us for more information.

2. Delivery Times

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Estimated delivery times are:

  • Quebec: 3 to 7 business days
  • Rest of Canada: 5 to 10 business days

These times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and destination. Micronick Store is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or events beyond our control.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of the package. They are displayed at checkout before order confirmation.

4. Order Tracking

A tracking number will be sent to you by email once your order has been shipped, allowing you to track its progress in real time.

5. Return Policy

All sales are final. Micronick Store does not accept returns or refunds for change of mind. We encourage you to carefully review product descriptions, photos, and specifications before placing your order.

6. Defective or Non-Conforming Items

If you receive an item that is defective or does not match its description, you must contact us as soon as possible after discovering the issue at nicolas.mailloux@micronick.com including:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the product and packaging

Any claim reported with undue delay may be denied. In accordance with the Quebec Consumer Protection Act, a defective or non-conforming product will be, at our discretion, repaired, exchanged, or refunded. Return shipping costs will be covered by us.

7. Refunds

Where a refund is applicable, it will be processed within 15 days of receiving the returned item, to the original payment method.

8. Your Rights Under the Consumer Protection Act

As a Quebec consumer, you have cancellation rights provided by law in the following situations:

  • You did not receive a copy of the contract within 15 days of purchase — you then have 30 days to cancel
  • Mandatory information was not disclosed before the transaction — you have 7 days after receipt to cancel
  • The goods were not delivered within 30 days of the agreed date — you may cancel the order

In the event of a valid cancellation, the refund will be issued within 15 days of receiving the cancellation notice and reasonable return shipping costs will be covered by us.

This policy does not limit any rights granted to you by law.
